This Message Is from the Archangel Azrael
Comfort
“I am with you in your time of need, helping your heart to heal”
We all experience upsetting and troubling situations in our life which can leave us feeling frustrated, angry, confused, heartbroken and full of regrets. We allow the situations to fill us with shame or guilt that becomes an embedded wound, or body story deep within us that is in constant replay. The constant replay of these body story wounds can lead to intense restlessness, lack of joy, peace and self confidence which can lead to emotional and physical illness. A sorrowful aspect of all these embedded body story wounds is they disconnect us from our True Self and Spirit.
You Are Worthy of Love and Healing
Archangel Azrael tells us that there is no shame in seeking time and ways to heal your heartache. We needlessly put guilt on ourselves if we take time to provide ourselves with self care. In fact self care is one of THE most important actions you can take that will bring healing to your life and those around you.
Self care begins with knowing that you are worthy to receive healing. You are a divine child of God who sees you with unconditional love as the Beauty of Who You Truly Are. But first we must silence the mind chatter that prevents us from feeling our worthiness and natural right to be healed and comforted.
One Small Step for YOU!
Where to begin? Take one small step a day. Writing your feelings down in a journal is an excellent way to begin. If you aren’t sure how to begin your journal start with any of the following lead ins as the first steps of bringing peace, comfort and healing into your life:
1. “It is time for me to…….” Then add whatever comes to mind.
2. Write “I want, I want, I want” three times then write whatever comes to your mind first to begin expressing your true self and feelings.
3. Begin with “I don’t know what to say, I don’t know what to say” and keep writing that until you free your soul to empty out all the painful emotions and chatter that keep you stuck in grief and pain.
A Sacred Time with the Divine
As you are writing ask Archangel Azrael or any of the angels to help you with this vital first step. You will discover as you express more and more of what is in your heart the answers and directions to whatever it is you seek comfort and healing for.
See your journal writing time as a true gift of self love to yourself. No matter what you do to provide yourself with self care, see it as a sacred space of time shared with the Divine!
Archangel Azrael
Many of us are not familiar with the Archangel Azrael because we know her by a different name “The Angel of Death.” But do not let that name scare you. That is a name we gave Azrael because she is the angel who escorts us into the Light at the time of our transition into the Afterlife. Azrael name actually means “Who God Helps” and is known for being a great comforter and guide to us during any life transitions.
We all experience “a death” or transition during our lives where endings can bring new beginnings. Archangel Azrael is a great comforter who brings us help and support during grief, loss, death and transitions. Call upon Azrael for her support and healing whenever you are suffering from grief and heartache.
